By using UnblurVideo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What The Service Currently Provides

The site publishes information about an AI video-clarity tool and operates an email waitlist. Preview generation, video uploads, accounts, and purchases are not active yet. When those features launch, the applicable terms for them will be published here, and you will see them before using the features. Nothing on the waitlist commits you to any purchase.

Waitlist Communications

When you submit an email address, you agree to receive launch updates for UnblurVideo at that address. You can ask to stop these emails at any time by writing to team@unblurvideo.com.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site, violate applicable laws, infringe other people’s rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. When video upload becomes available, you may submit only videos you have the right to process, and only content that is safe for work.

AI Output Limitations

AI enhancement can make details look sharper, but it cannot guarantee accurate reconstruction of missing information. Enhanced output is AI-generated and is not a verified record of what the original scene contained. Results depend on the source video, and improvement is never guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

The site, its text, design, and sample material are protected by intellectual property laws, except third-party sample media that remains subject to its own licenses and attributions shown on the site. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Disclaimers And Liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be published on this page before new features such as uploads, accounts, or purchases become available.
