Overview

UnblurVideo is an online tool for improving the clarity of videos with AI. The site is in its launch preview: it publishes information about the planned service and collects email addresses on a waitlist. Video uploads, accounts, and processing are not available yet. This policy describes only the data handling that is enabled today.

Information We Collect Today

Waitlist email. When you submit your email address, we store that address with a source label so we can tell you when the service starts generating previews. Submitting an email is optional and is the only information you give us directly.

Analytics. We collect basic page and usage events to understand reliability and which information helps visitors. These systems may process IP address, browser, and device signals.

Server logs. Hosting and delivery of this site through Cloudflare may produce ordinary server logs such as IP address, user agent, and requested path. Those logs exist to operate and secure the site, not to build marketing profiles.

What We Do Not Collect Yet

The site does not accept video uploads, does not create accounts, and does not process payments. When video processing launches, uploads will be handled under an updated version of this policy published before that data handling begins.

How We Use Information

We use waitlist addresses only to send launch updates for UnblurVideo. We use analytics and logs to operate the site, measure basic usage, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your email address for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

We share limited data only with the infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and security providers needed to run the site, or when legally required.

Retention And Your Choices

Your waitlist address is kept until you ask us to remove it or the waitlist is retired. You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold by writing to us. Some security or legal records may need to be retained.

Security

We use encrypted transport and scoped access controls. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
